Finding the right waste and boss for new toilet

Hi,

I'm after a new waste pipe connector that has a boss and toilet waste on opposing ends. I plan to fit the sink waste inside the wall on the left and soil pipe itself will be in a concealed toilet frame but I've not found a connector that has a boss and toilet waste connector on opposite ends. Usually they are on 3 corners but I don't want anything sticking out at the front or it'll push my frame housing further out which I don't want.

The unused bosses can be trimmed to be flush with the pipe if that helps. But you might need to fit the basin connection in to a boss connection above the soil pipe entrance.

Ah ok, thanks. Would it matter if the basin is about 2 metres away on the opposite wall and is fitting with an airless trap?
