In the downstairs toilet my wife is wanting a washing machine. There is already hot and cold feed from an oldshower so I am going to bring this down for a washbasin and a washing machine connector. Am I alright with the waste going from the waste pipe into a boss on the soil pipe next to pan connector? Any help/ advice would be much appreciated!

As long as you fit a suitable waste system with a trap to stop the pong coming back youll be fine.
