Finish floorboards

Hi I've just finished to install the last floorboard and I am not sure what to do with the ending. As you can see in the pic there is quite a step between the original floor and the new floorboard (around 30mm).

What is the best solution for this?

Yes I saw these in Wickes but the depth does not reach 30mm
