I have just had a new out building finished by my builder.The front wall is brick face+insulation+durox blocks.The two side walls and rear wall are solid durox blocks.My builder has painted the solid durox blocks with weather sheild but I have been told this is wrong and that he should have used a cement based paint to stop miosture getting into the blocks.can anyone help as I am about to give him his last payment.
