Fire door suppliers, "quality" and anti slam doors

Hi, we need to replace some internal doors as part of loft conversion. I have seen couple of doors at local DIY shops but just wanted to ask if there are any recommendations on suppliers (online or otherwise).

How do I judge the quality or difference between various suppliers. Only point of difference I can think of is the amount that can be trimmed at top and bottom (some doors have 8mm while. Some have 12 mm). Anything else to watch out for?

Finally, is there any anti door slam devices. I don't need closers or industrial door fitting (or a door wedge or foam tape).
