We have a serious Seagull problem in our area and I want to fit bird deterrent spikes to our curved ridge tiles. However, I am not sure which type to buy. Some seem to have a narrow flat base, some have a wider flat base and some have an angled base. They seem to be either stainless or plastic. Neighbours seem to have fitted the flat based stainless type using No Nails but I am wondering if other types are better. Thanks, hope this is the best forum to post on.

has it stop your neighbours from getting anymore gulls nesting on there roofs?

if so then get what works.
