Got a 9"x6" vent cover over the air brick in my bathroom,i now need to fit an extractor fan,is there some kind of mounting plate which will cover this hole and let me fit an extractor fan?or would i have to make one myself?

Last time I did this in a flat I cut a piece of ply the size of the air brick and cut a round hole in it to fit the extractior into. Placed this half way into the thickness of the wall.

This at least meant there was no air flow around the extractor and it did it's job most effectively.
