Fitting new WC

Hello guys,

Using a 60mm Eccentric Offset Pan Connector + extension, I am fitting a new WC Pan.

The height of the inlet to the soil stack is 95mm above floor level.

The height of the WC outlet above floor level is 140mm.

The distance between the two, offset and extension, when fully fitted/installed, will be approximately, 215mm as seen in the photo.

I am seeking advice on this layout, please.

Sorry, what do you need advice on? Have you tried to fit them?

I am not a plumber, so I am wondering if using the Offset, and the distance between the outlet and the inlet is sufficient to allow good flushing. Or, if I would need a longer 'run'.

Yes, should be fine as long as it fits in.

Will the flexi not do it without the offset?

Also... Any pan con is designed to go into 110mm pipe, not a socket, so if that's a 110mm plastic socket in the wall, you'll need a bit of pipe to line it.

The flexi alone isn't a pan connector.

Don't know what that flexi is... It's got wrong end for pan spigot. Not sure what the OP has done with it.. But a standard flexi should work fine, without the offset.

It’s an extension I think as mentioned in the OP’s 1st post.
