Fixed Showerhead change - ODD THREAD FITTING...

Hi,

Hoping someone can advise. Trying to replace a showerhead for a customer as theirs is in very bad state. From shower arm a 1" fine thread male coupling screws into shower head. Either looking for compatible showerhead or fitting to convert.

Any Ideas, tried BSP 1" and although right size, thread much finer than BSP.

Help!
