Flange that fits immersion heater entry

I've got one shower pump connected to a surry flange and it works fine.
I want to install a second power shower in a new loft conversion.

I once saw a cylinder flange that connected through the 2.25" immersion heater entry (I don't have an immersion heater so I can use the entry) - but I can't seem to track one of these down.

Anyone got any idea where I might get one please?
