Hi All,
If anyone can advise I would be really grateful.
I recently installed mdf wall panelling.
I used solvent free grab adhesive and pinned it to the wall, which worked really well.
Whilst pinning it to the wall, I used the squeezed out grab adhesive, to fill in the pin holes to save time, as the grab adhesive stated it was over paintable.
I had primed the mdf cut edges prior to fixing it to the wall.
I sanded everything prior to painting.
When I came to painting the mdf l used Johnstone acrylic matt which covered everywhere apart from the grab adhesive filled areas, two further coats made no difference.
When viewed face on the area's are not noticeable, but from any angle they are very visible.
Can anyone suggest a way of covering these areas.
As I was on a time limit the room is now finished so I would prefer to repaint rather than sand the areas due to the dust it would create.
Many thanks in advance for any assistance given.
Glenn
