Flat roof needs refelting (again!?)

I had a roofer do work on 3 areas - the flat roof, the main roof and the chimney.

He did the flat roof first, but as you can see from the pic, he used the flat roof as a staging area to work on the main roof and chimney.

There are pieces of tile and nails and other items strewn about the flat roof, not to mention the footfall of having multiple workers spend days up there. I would have expected the roof to be protected, e.g. batons, but as you can see in the photo - it hasnt! Im concerned for the wear and tear done to the new felt.

Should I ask for the flat roof to be refelted, now the rest of the works are complete, or can I be confident that the repair is sound?

Thanks!

Same thing at work.
We had leaks for years so they got a firm in with a static brush and it sparks where the holes are.
There were loads of micro holes.
Was from the area being used to work on when they tiled a roof that run off on the flat roof.
I don't know what you can do other than look for damage.

They should have done the pitched roof first, unless the flat roof was dsngerous to work ftom. Otherwise you can’t require them to refelt if there is no damage
