Flat roof repair

I am currently in the process of getting quotes for my flat roof to be completely re done, I have decided to go for the Rubber Bond Fleece
back EPDM. The boards are in great condition and do not need replacing I am also having insulation fitted my roof area is 4 metres b 4.4 metres. Can anyone advise how much I should expect to pay for all the work.

Why don't you wait for the quotes to come in and then compare the prices/work they propose to do, guaranties,etc
