Flexible hose..

l would like to put 2 flexible hoses from my bathroom sink taps to 15mm copper pipes, prefebly with a isolator valve on the flexible hose.
What l would like to know is the size l need for the flexible hose, is it 15x1/2" , 15x3/4" or some other size..
