fitting a vertical radiator in replacement of a standard radiator.

The old radiator was removed a few months back and the pipework disconnected and capped off.

Im not sure which pipe is which?

The new radiator has a bi directional thermostat to go on when fitted if that helps??

Does it matter which pipe goes where?

Depends on the rad.

Rad is an acova three column type

Not really. . Not often I fit them.
