Is it classed as at risk if the combi flue is not sealed on the external wall and you can see day light from inside living space.
 
CORGI will consider it as At Risk or even as Immediately Dangerous if the Inspector is being harsh!

Furthermore CORGI expect it to be hard sealed with cement on the outside and ideally with plaster on the inside as well. They do not accept the rubber gaskets as adequate.

Yea i thought so but if you had a solid wall without a cavity and there where say half inch gap around flue i would of thought this should be
noted as ncs with recommendation that flue needs making good around flue.
