Flush thresholds between inside, sliding doors and patio

my double glazing guy has indicated that he cannot guarantee a draft free fit if we choose to have completely flat threshold between the inside and rear patio (we're having 2 sets of 4m sliding doors put in).

We will have a drain gulley put in near the sliders and the ground will slope away slightly from the doors so water does not sit.

Should I still be concerned about any possible problems?
