Tilt and slide patio door

Any idea what the correct replacement is for a tilt and slide patio door??
The track manufacturer are SI SIEGENIA.
I have looked on their website and the tilt and slider glider blocks are deffective between 1994 and 1997 - which are the ones I have. The door fell out on me!

I have the same door and the same issue. I only just discovered this. I didn't notice this because immediately beside the door vertical blinds were installed. There were not blinds but the track was still there. I removed the track and then opened the door and it fell out. It seems the door had been leaning on the blinds track all these years!
