Foam or wool roller?

I have 4 ceilings that are stippled artex and smooth flat walls that need painting.

Do I use the same roller to do both jobs and do I use a wool or foam roller?

Better using a deep pile roller that will put more paint on the ceiling. This can be used for the walls as well. The thinner sleeves dont hold enough paint.
