ford fiesta woes

recently i bought a 00 ford fiesta 1.3 it has turned out to be the car from hell.
First off every time i slowed down to stop, the engine revved up,
that was fixed,now when i put my foot on the clutch pedal the engine
tone changes. When i go to apply the brakes,i can feel the judder
through the steering wheel, has anybody got any ideas? help
would be gratefully appreciated

Check for play in both front wheels(car jacked up).Check caliper securing bolts are tight,brake pads are ok. If you have no reason to doubt bearings, bushes, track rod ends etc. I would look for a warped brake disc,if you suspect one then you must change them both.
