Has anyone got any ideas on this one?
My 2003 Ford Maverick 3.0 XLT Auto (Petrol) has taken to stalling on an increasingly regular basis. It seems to occur when I have started to make a slow turn, off a closed throttle, previous approach speed does not seem to matter but I seems to occur more frequently when the engine is only partiallly warmed up.
The car has 109,000 miles and has been serviced by the main dealer every 10,000 since new.
Tonight's stall when pulling into the path of an oncoming double decker was a tad on the wrong side of scary to say the least!!!
