Fridge drip

I've got a fridge with a freezer underneath. Anyway the fridge part has a steady but very gradual drip down the inside back wall.

Is something in the top of the fridge blocked? Easy to remedy?
 
it does that its defrosting normally twice daily it happens nothing to worry about .
 
you didnt say that in the first bit .the drain hole is blocked ,look for the v channel in the fridge in the centre .put a long cable tie down that hole to clear the muck out or a metal coat hanger to prod it, be carefull dont force it down or it will split the tube .add a cup of hot water afterwards to clear the ice or muck it should go down a treat .
