fridge / freezer suddenly stopped working

Whirlpool integrated F & F just stopped working. Light still goes on, but no noise from any working part.

Is it thermostat ? If so, where do I find it ? Presumably I have to remove the F/F units from the cabinet and go in behind the appliances to check components ?
