HOTPOINT HTF200WG 50/50 Freezer working but Fridge is NOT...Temp @10°C,2xYellow LED Lights flashing

hi......is it poss to help please,hotpoint htf200wg frost free f/f .The fridge is not working but the freezer does work 100%
Is has 2 YELLOW LED FLASHING All the Time.Left side for fridge as it states SUPER COOL & right side is for freezer as it states SUPER FREEZE i feel it may mean empty fridge & freezer ...switch off...let it melt,check if ice blocking,hence fan working but cool air not reaching fridge area from freezer as fridge temp is 10°c,hence it is working somewhat as outside kitchen temp was 22°c

Turn the two lights off. By setting back to zero for 30 seconds. Then turn them back on. The lights will stop flashing but you will need to do a 24 hr defrost by unplugging it.
