Fridge not cooling

Any ideas please?

I have a Ignis under counter integrated fridge that is not chilling adequately.

It was not cooling at all so I changed the thermostat. This improved things and ice now forms at the back but still even on max, only chills to 10 degC. I can hear the compressor running and the door seal seems ok.

This model does not have a freezer compartment and is 10 years old.

Any ideas or should I just get a new appliance

if the compressor is running all the time you either have a lack of refrigerant i.e a gas leak or the compressor itself is faulty.Assuming you have fitted the correct thermostat To regas or change the compressor too expensive.
