Fridge not cooling

Hi all

Been given a prodis bottle fridge model nt2bs which is not cooling, running around 16degC

I have checked fins and cleaned them with an airline. Noticed compressor is warm/hot to touch but fridge is still warm. Fan inside compartment seems to the running

Any ideas?
