Front door replacement seal

Hi all
I'm trying to find a replacement seal for the bottom of my front door similar to the attached image.
I'm not sure if I need just the rubber or the whole unit but despite extensive googling can find neither.
Could anyone advice please?

Think you would struggle with getting the rubber. Replace it with something like this https://www.screwfix.com/p/stormguard-2-part-trimline-threshold-gold-anodised-914mm/27432
