Hi,
After rain i have a water on the floor under the door. I noticed that there were no drainage holes or slots at the bottom. Should I drill such holes or is the problem somewhere else?

You don't know what's under that's bottom plate. Could be fixing plate and mastic that will stop water running away. It would help if you could remove that bottom strip then assess.
I think the door has been made that way without a normal low threshold plate or sill.
This is not my area of knowledge but you could look at fitting a new base strip.

I don't think this is the correct part but have a look around at what's available.
