I heard a 70s funk/disco track on the radio some time back. The amateurish and unprofessional presenter neither announced it or back-announced it.

All I remember is that it had a prolonged funk guitar (higher strings, percussive sound) introduction, and I thought I must learn that.

I have downloaded lots of Earth, Wind and Fire songs but no luck.

I know it's a long shot: any ideas who it was/what it was called?
