Hi,
I've got a newish (couple of years old) Gainsborough 10.5 electric shower which has started running cold.

You can run this shower without the power and when no power is on (the chord isn't pulled and light not on) the shower just runs cold.

The shower is now running like this even though the chord is pulled and the light on.

The problem started yesterday but after repeatedly moving the temperature control to coldest and hottest, the heat came back and the shower ran as normal. Doing the same didn't work today so the shower now seems like it's had it.

Only thing I can think is that it might be a loose connection... Has anyone got any suggestions or does it look like I need a replacement?

Cheers for any tips!

probably the tco failed what model is it ?
most Gainsborough showers now have engines that don't have replaceable
parts so a new engine is required.
but as said depends on what model it is.
