Garage door hinge broken

I have a garage door which installed in 2022 but costco refuse to repair it under warranty.

I open up and check and found out that the plastic hinge which link with the door is broken.

I wonder if this can be replace easily.

Attached the photo of the plastic hinge, make is birkdale.

Plastic repair kit might work? Proper ones with wire heated and melted in.

Only other option if you cant find replacement part is door repair company
