In an attempt to tweak my up and over door to make it open fully (as it needed some assistance to fully open it) the collar with the allen screws which holds the tension on the long spring came loose, resulting in the spring unwinding. I cannot work out how to set it up correctly, whichever way I have tried to tension the spring it always seems to end up with the cables on either side going slack or the door ends up with resistance when I open it!!
