Hi
Have a Pit in my garage, that is getting water in, mostly when it it rains heavy or rains for a long time, it is leaking through the breeze block sides , ( I did put some Visqueen around before bricking !) usually from about 2 bricks up from the floor, it will fill higher if left to.

Wanted to know how I can sort of seal it !, was thinking of drilling some 75mm core holes around the sides near t the top all around and pouring in liquid concrete/cement or is there some other stuff that I can pour in.

cheers

Automatic sump pump? There are renders you can apply but they will only prevent low pressure water so may not be effective. There are the dimpled membrane systems but these also rely on a pumped solution so a bit pointless here. Otherwise there are proper internal tanking systems but they rely on a masonry inner skin to hold them in place.

Hi
Thanks for your reply, don't you think the method I suggested will not work ?.

cheers
