garage roof replacement

Hi. Can anyone give me a ballpark figure on what I should be paying to replace this 3.2m x 6.5m felt roof? The three quotes I received are all within pennies of each other which makes me think that two of the quotes have just sub contracted it to the local specialist who provided the third quote. Is this something a competent DIYer can do? TIA

Depends what you're replacing it with-more felt, rubber, grp, what state the rafters and deck are in, whats under the felt (that lump on the left looks odd).
You'd have to define competent as well- there's no rocket science involved but roof work always has working at height risks. Do you have the kit and the knowledge to manage those risks, not just to you but to passers-by (or does that shed front onto your driveway). And consider how long it'll take you
