I'm looking to add some additional sockets in garage shown in black pen. Am i able to connects these to 32mcb socket using 4mm cable on a radial? Does the 2.5mm radial already there look OK?

Yes - assuming the cable is clipped to wall or buried in masonry.

Does the 2.5mm radial already there look OK?

Yes - with the same proviso.

You don't need the 13A switch (Fused Connector Unit ?) when there is a 20A MCB.
