Buy a cheap shed and fit that, IMO you will replace it in a few years but it will have been cheap.
Cheap sheds are made with cheap materials, thin, poorly protected against the elements and very likely to break easily.
Buy a decent shed and protect it well before & after fitting and it will outlast the cheaper shed.
Buy the materials and build your own, build it well, build it to your specific requirements and protect it well and it will be there a lot longer than the cheap one and will suit you better than the bought one.
Plans? what do you need plans for a shed for - its only a shed lol.
Draw your own.
If you have access to appropriate transport, you could buy a second hand shed. They're often really cheap as the owners don't want to take them down themselves. You could then rebuild and/or customise it to meet your requirements. You could even use it as a template to build your own out of better materials and then cut it up and burn it in your stove! lol
