not sure if there is a better word to describe it? sinking maybe?
Anyway, my house is approx 9 metres away from a 15metre, almost sheer drop. 6 metres away from the house is a public footpath, and 3 metres away is the end of my patio which has cracked leaving an 8mm gap in between the slabs. My patio is a metre higher than the path.
Also the conservatory has dropped leaving a 8-10mm gap between it, and the house....
The patio and conservatory has been there about 8 years... should i be worrying? can i do anything in a DIY manner to underpin a patio?
