How do you know it failed? How is the hob connected?

All the knobs don’t spark when depressed like they usually do. Opened the top of the hob and wiring all seems fine. Most likely it’s the spark generator given all 4 don’t work.
Yes I’ve searched online. It’s quite difficult to find the exact same model of spark generator. That’s why I’m wondering if it has to be the exact same one, or if they are all quite similar?

Have you checked if power is reaching to thr hob too?
The operating principles of different makes are similar, but the terminals may differ.

Found the part needed, thank you. Sounds like simpler to just trade in like for like rather than go for a different make?
