Gas Instantaneous Water Heaters...

Question 1... Are these single point flueless units still allowed in a well ventilated Employees Toilet in a shop?
I seem to remember from my ACS that because they are only used for a short period of time they are still allowed to be used as long as the room volume is over 5m cubed and the vent is direct to the outside.
If the answer to Question 1 is "Yes they are allowed" then read question 2.
Question 2 Does anybody know if they are still made by any of the big manufacturers, and where I can get one from.

5 - 10 m3 = 100cm2 vent + openable window
10 - 20 m3 = 50cm2 vent + openable window
20 + m3 just an openable window

As far as getting hols of them give chaffateaux and maury a try they are the most recent models I normally come across

I have already called Valiant and they only do a model suitable for caravans and boats (Whatever that means). I will try Chaff and Maury but I have found that most people just sell "Leccy" ones and not Gas.

1) yes so long as its only serving one point if its 2 or more it must be flued

2) Morco [D61e], rinnai and vaillant,

3) Bad news is that AFAIK they are all lpg with no option for conversion

4) If you have electricity there is a redring instantaneous multipoint for about 200 quid. Its like a glorified electric shower but you can run more than one point off it. Otherwise just get a 3kw handwash for lots less to comply with env health requirements << can run it off the ring main or spur fused to 13A
