I have a new world gas oven nw60g model 444447275, the cooling fan is not working causing the plastic switch knobs to melt and the oven to shutdown when it gets hot,
When I checked the voltage to the fan found it was ok but fan not turning, but when I turned the control knobs to the off position there was still mains voltage at the fan, does this work on a timer if so how long or is it running all the time even when oven control knobs are switched off
Any comments would be welcome.
