i have to bleed my system every 6+ mnths or so, there's no inhibitor in & i'm in the process of adding a new rad so will flush the system with cold water then add inhibitor, do you think this is the problem or should i look elsewhere?

Could be hydrogen could be a lot of things with so little information about your system it could be anything
