Getting paint off from plastic soffits

Hi all,

Last year when painting our house I was a little less careful than I should have been. I have some splashes of masonry paint on the PVC soffits and window frames.

White spirit didn't help, and a scraper was leaving damage.

Is there anything that will remove it without damaging the plastic?
