Gledhill CH&HW Systemate111 no hot water

Have Gledhill CH&HW Systemate111.Having problem with suspected Dandoss control valve no hotwater,have put lever in to manual position and CH runs ok although sw off at clock still no hot water.CH will only work with lever in manual position.Any ideas on thios matter ASAP
