gloss for woodwork

Any suggestions for a gloss white for interior woodwork, it has to be the lowest odour possible as my wife has allergies and asthma against paint fumes.
 
Any idea how much would be needed to do 15 doors and other woodwork in a medium size 4 bedroom house?
