gonna assume this is a compact. Most common cause of lockout on these is the pump flow switch, operated simply by a rubber diaphragm. If this is the cause then it could be the diaphragm perished, a blockage behind it or ch return filter blocked(this is located in the bottom of the pump).
Alternatively it could be locking out on rectification, Low burner pressure too low, sensing electrode poorly positioned/dirty.
Given that it takes 6 mins, then I would probably look at the minimum burner pressure setting first, unfortunately this is a job for and RGI. The flow swith you can check/play with yourself
