Hi.my flexicom boiler fires up ok,but after 5mins/2hrs a bang/mini explosion comes from the boiler,i've had someoone look at it but with no joy...could anyone plaese advise or help me with this problem...i posted this in trade talk and was advised to post it here...im a new user and know nothing about boilers so any help would be great...many thanks...

manufacturing fault regarding the heat exchanger shorting to the spark electrode hence the nickname flexibomb; contact glow worm for a free repair.
