Glow Worm 18hxi not turning on after a F14 error

I've got a Glow Worm 18hxi. Initially, after having changed a radiator, it gave me a F14 error. It would raise the temperature on the display up to 70oC and then it would make a noise and stop, showing the F14 error on display. Now the boiler is not even turning on. However, there is power to it and the internal fuse is ok. Any advice? I appreciate your help.
