Glow worm betacom 30

Hi,

I have a Glow Worm Betacom 30 boiler been installed for a few years and the pressure keeps dropping and we are constantly topping up but this only seems to happen when the heating has been on. I have now noticed that there is water coming out of the copper pipe that runs outside the house.

Can anyone give me some advise on this please.

Expansion vessel needs air.
Drain system down then refill with foot pump.
