Glow-Worm Mastermind

All of a sudden our thermostat is not automatically switching on the central heating/water.

If you turn the clock manually it switches everything on with no problems.

The automatic switch on appears to be stiff therefore not being to click on.

Any help with this please?

yes clock is past its best must be around 20 years old,you can buy a straight swap that fits same backplate
