glow worm swift flow 100 (sit)

radiators heating up stairs when running hot tap, also hot water temp scorching hot, checked flow rate and burner pressure all correct, has this boiler got a diverter vale or is it through the heat exchanger?

maybe has pin hole. pressure not going up staying at 2bar.

twin tube h/exch, no diverter valve. Nowt wrong with h/exch or pressure would be sky high! These boilers should have a bypass very close to the boiler-make sure this is open (sounds like it is closed)

there is a by-pass under boiler half open, the domestic side must be gettin a feed 2 the heating side somewhere surely??
any other things i could try?

the pump shouldn't run during hot water operation. should have 240v on both live and neutral from pcb. try new dhw ntc.

in that case you may have a faulty pcb.
